Ohio Court: Polite Drivers Are Not Suspicious
Rest Easy folks! Apparently, for now, merely being a polite person will not suffice to justify your Constitutional rights being stripped from you, and your dignity being laid upon the roadside.
But know this: Everywhere there are people advocating to change this tiny refuge of peace and personal tranquility. A government official not only charged this person, indicted them, prosecuted them, and then performed a suppression hearing; they actually then appealed the result of that suppression hearing still believing you have no right to be polite to the police.
I repeat: You are again allowed to resume being polite to the police without having your rights trampled. Enjoy it while it lasts folks. Reference: http://www.thenewspaper.com/news/42/4273.asp Follow me on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/svdanneskjold
